About your 99club subscription
What happen after I used all 200 downloads?
You can purchase extra downloads for just 99¢ each (with no cap on how many).
They come in packages of 50 downloads for $49 or 100 downloads for $69.
Will you close like Dollar Photo Club did?
No, we are around over 10 years and we will stay with you
Can I renew my 99club after one year at the same price?
Yes you can renew your 99club after one year.
Will my 99club renew after one year automatically?
If you are on Auto-renew (check in your orders here) your 99club subscription will be automatically renewed on the scheduled renewal date. If you bought before 06. July 2016 your order is NOT on Auto-renew.
How can I cancel my Auto-Renew subscription?
You can cancel Auto Renewal at any time in 'My Orders ' or by contacting our support team
What happen after one year? Will you raise the price for the 99club?
No, once you join you’ll be able to keep your membership for a long as you wish.
Can I get EPS files too?
Our over 4.000.000 big collection contains over 600.000 EPS vector files.
How big is XXL?
XXL means you can print confidently at A3 size with 300dpi or 6’ x 6‘ with 72dpi.
Are all images licensed for commercial use?
Yes, all images are fully royalty free with the relevant model and property releases.
Is there a limit what images I can download?
You can access all photographs, vectors & fonts (everything except the videos) and download 200 of them every year.
Can I still use the images after expiration?
Absolutely, you can use the downloaded images forever!
Is there a monthly download limit?
No, you can use your downloads whenever you like, even all in one day!
Will my unused downloads roll-over to the next year when I renew?
No, unused downloads will expire. No roll-over to the new year.
What does limited availability mean?
We can only give membership to a limited number of customers.

About your subscription
‘Royalty-free’ is the term used to describe a license that allows our images to be used multiple times in many different media forms as laid out in our Image License. You can also watch the FAQ video below for more details.
What is the highest resolution size available?
The majority of JPEG files at the largest size are around 55MB. However this is not the largest size available as we also have images that are larger than 55MB. Our minimum image size is 3500 x 2500 pixels or 8.75 mega pixels.
What are the limits on downloads?
You may download up to 250 images per day/week and up to 1000 images per month.
How does the monthly download limit work?
Your monthly download limit is allotted by calendar month. This means that your allowance runs from the first day of the month (not the day your account is activated), and ends on the last day of the month. So if you start your subscription on the 28 July, then your limit ends on the 31 July and refreshes on the 1st August.
*Your subscription calendar is refreshed using Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) - so your limit may refresh earlier or later depending on the part of world that you are located.*
Do all file types & sizes count as one download?
You can download a combination of file types and sizes. Each download you make, regardless of type/size, is counted as one download.
What if I need more images per month than I am allowed to download?
If you require more images than your subscription permits you to download, you can contact us and we will have an account representative develop a custom plan to suit your increased download requirements. Alternatively, if you are closely approaching the end of the month and require more images, in exceptional circumstances we may be able to transfer a portion of your download limit from the upcoming month’s allowance and add it to your current month’s limit. *NB - You will have a lower download allowance the following month.
Where do your images come from?
We work with thousands of professional photographers and artists across the world. All images are submitted directly to us and go through strict quality control checks. We regularly upload new images and we are always on the lookout for new content.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Maestro and Solo cards. When making a payment you will be given the option to pay via our online payment page where you can enter your details securely or pay via paypal.
When my subscription expires will it automatically renew?
At the end of your subscription your account will not be renewed. You will need to purchase a new subscription or contact us to schedule your renewal for a specific date.
Using the website
How do I view/print my receipt?
You can view and print an invoice online by following these steps:
Log-in to your account
Click on ‘My Account’ located at the top right side of the page
Choose ‘My Orders’, then select Print Order
There is no need to cancel your free trial. It will expire automatically without any obligations. You can even keep and use all the downloaded images forever.
How do I change my registered email address or password?
You can change your registered email address or password by following these steps:
>Log into your account
>Click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page
>Choose ‘My data’, then select Edit to change your account information
